Membership
Tacoma & Evergreen Point Memberships
Membership is open to Owners & Residents of Tacoma Point and Evergreen Point. Two-membership types: Member & Associate Member (Tenants)!
A Membership is for ONE 'Boating Season' which is first day of March thru last day of February.
Members Parcel ownership will be verified against Pierce County Tax Parcel records. Associate Members will require approval via email with the Owner of Record.
Memberships NOT verified will be returned and payment submitted will be refunded via Zelle or Check.
Starting 2026 - the membership dues are:
- $150 for 1-Card for Vehicle Gate at Big Park and *1-key for Man Gate's at either park
- $200 for 2-Cards for Vehicle Gate at Big Park and up to *2-keys for Man Gate's at either park)
* - Keys are only delivered if requested as most members only use the Vehicle Gate. This is for cost savings.
CARD(s) & KEY(s) will be delivered within 5-days of membership verification to mailbox of the TPIC Parcel.
