Tacoma & Evergreen Point Memberships
JUNE 1st Vehicle Gate Update
The automatic gate is installed and awaiting power. Until it is operational, the gate will remain secured with a chain and lock, and a physical key is required for access.
Paid members will receive a lock key (for now) a key card will come LATER for future access.
When the gate is powered, we will notify members. In the meantime, when accessing the park or launching watercraft, please bring your lock key.
Once Vehicle Gate is operational, the lock will be removed and access will be key card only.
Membership is open to Owners & Residents of Tacoma Point and Evergreen Point. Two-membership types: Member & Associate Member (Tenants)!
A Membership is for ONE 'Boating Season' which is first day of March thru last day of February. Thus Key Cards will be reset and Locks will be changed around the transition of each season.
Members Parcel ownership will be verified against Pierce County Tax Parcel records. Associate Members will require approval via email with the Owner of Record.
Memberships NOT verified will be returned and payment submitted will be refunded via Zelle or Check. Card(s) & Key(s) will be delivered with-in 5-days of membership verification to mailbox of the TPIC Parcel. We will ONLY send via US Mail if you REQUEST during payment.
Starting 2026 - the membership dues are:
- $150 for 1-Card for Vehicle Gate at Big Park and *1-key for Man Gate's at either park
- $200 for 2-Cards for Vehicle Gate at Big Park and up to *2-keys for Man Gate's at either park)
